I started my own insurance agency from scratch in 2009 and understand the challenges new owners face… There is often little to no training and support from the carrier and feeling lost and like you have nowhere to go for help is so common… I love working with newer and smaller agencies to help them scale to profitability much faster than if they just went it alone.

In 2011, I was blessed to meet an amazing agency owner who already had a $10M book. The team and processes that I built with his mentorship scaled our book size to over $40M before he sold it 10 years later… BOOM!!
